Labour hire firm could face $3.5M entitlement bill

LABOUR hire firm One Key Resources is expected to an appeal a decision by the Federal Court that an enterprise agreement covering its casual employees is invalid, effectively leaving the company owing more than $3.5 million in entitlements.
