The company has been looking for a project partner to market its 3D metal printers on a larger scale and to provide specialised engineering and technical know-how.

While discussions have been held with some miners, Aurora is yet to receive formal supply arrangements or orders to print spare parts for mine sites.

Under terms sheet Aurora will offer a licence to sell and distribute its 3D metal printing machines and consumables and allow establishment of a business developing designs for customers in printing parts and other objects.
