Sino gets green light to start boom

CITIC Pacific Mining and the Sino Iron mine has received some breathing space with the Western Australian government approving the expansion of the Cape Preston project despite the continuing refusal of landlord – Clive Palmer’s Mineralogy – to support any lifting of constraints on operations.
