Under the contract Pacific Energy subsidiary KPS will build, own and operate a 5 megawatt diesel-fuelled power station at the site.
The contract runs for an initial 3.5 year term.
Beacon Minerals managing director Graham McGarry said KPS would be an essential part of the Jaurdi team.
"This contract extends an association with KPS, which started with the purchase of generator sets from [KPS executive director] Ken Hall in Kalgoorlie in 1985," he said.
Pacific Energy managing director James Cullen said planning was already well underway with commissioning of the power station expected to happen in the last quarter of calendar 2018.
