State safety warning after tool carrier tip over

WESTERN Australia’s Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety reminds miners using integrated tool carriers to review the original equipment manufacturer’s operating parameters to make sure the machines are suitable for the tasks expected of them, after an IT tipped over onto its side while being used for service work in an underground decline.
