SA engineers York Civil was announced as the successful tenderer, by project proponent the Pilbara Ports Authority.

The Port of Port Hedland Berth 3 Deck Replacement project is a key component of the WAIPS, which is designed to link local businesses to government contracts to ensure more opportunities are created for WA businesses and local workers.

The Berth 3 Deck Replacement project will involve the demolition of an existing concrete deck and adjacent storage shed construction of a reinforced concrete deck, installation of wharf fenders and other ancillary works.
