WALL Street fell for a third day on Wednesday in a predominantly red session for coal miners. Alliance Resource Partners and Oxford Resource Partners lost 2.5% and 6.9% respectively on news they would both be idling operations. Suncoke Energy was up 0.8% after announcing its acquisition of Kanawha River Terminals.
