THE US Stock Exchange hit another record high on Wednesday, this time pulling coal stocks up with it. L&L Energy was up 15.4% after announcing it had signed an agreement to provide one million tonnes of coal to a Chinese Datang International Power plant. Peabody, TECO and Consol also made slight gains.
