Coal stocks teeter in Toronto

CANADIAN coal stocks continue to trickle into the red with most of the losing companies on our list budging only C1c or less per share. Appalachian miner Xinergy fared better than most with a 4.5% boost to close at $2.30. Toronto-based Royal Coal went from being Monday’s biggest loser to Wednesday’s top performer with a 100% turnaround to close at 1c.
