Alliance said in an SEC filing Friday that Sebree’s Onton No 9 mine in Sebree, Kentucky, received the order when a representative of MSHA “allegedly observed a miner traveling within the mine in an unsafe manner.”

The Oklahoma-based coal miner said no one was injured and the order was “terminated one minute after its issuance.”

Alliance operates 11 mining complexes in the Illinois Basin, Central Appalachia, and Northern Appalachia mining regions.

Companies are required to report the receipt of an MSHA imminent danger order under section 107(a) of the Federal Mine Safety and Health Act.
