Maxim will focus on assisting Clean Coal in its strategies for maximizing shareholder value through its full scope of investment banking services.

Clean Coal chief executive officer Robin Eves said recruiting Maxim was a major accomplishment.

“Maxim is a well-established, highly respected and leading investment banking firm concentrated on advising small-cap and midsized organizations,” Eves said.

“CCTI trusts Maxim will play a strong role as an advisor in executing organizational growth strategy to further enhance shareholder value and an eventual up-listing to a national exchange.”

Maxim representatives said the company was honoured to partner with Clean Coal and would be fully committed to providing Clean Coal with assistance in the financial and value creation components of its corporate strategy.

Maxim will also support Clean Coal in gaining its strategic initiatives and long-term objectives.
