The news comes as the company girds itself for a listing on London’s Alternative Investment Market.

Its application for listing is expected to be completed by the end of November.

The plant is ramping up to full production, which is expected to take until the end of this month.

By then, the plant should be capable of processing more than 175,000 tonnes of waste material per month.

The company’s existing production is being sold to a local buyer and coal from this wash plant is expected to also be sold domestically.

Eastcoal is producing coking coal from its Menzhinsky mine and developing the Verticalnaya anthracite mine.
