Anglo pleads guilty over Grasstree fatality

ANGLO American has pleaded guilty to failing to discharge its safety obligations, which led to the death of electrician Paul McGuire, 36, at its Grasstree mine in Queensland in May 2014 after he opened a hatch to a goaf at the mine.
