Sandfire pays down debt

SANDFIRE Resources has posted record copper production and reached a net cash position for the first time since development of its DeGrussa mine started in 2011.

The company produced 68,202 tonnes of copper and 37,612 ounces of gold over the past 12 months, beating guidance for copper and hitting the mid-point for gold.
