Mt Holland shelved

THE weak lithium market has curtailed another Western Australian project, with joint venture partners Wesfarmers and Sociedad Quimica y Minera de Chile deferring a final investment decision on their Mt Holland lithium project in WA’s south for a year.

 Wesfarmers and SQM appear to have cold feet and will now do further work before they make the FID in 2021’s first quarter.
