Capcoal miners reinstated

TWO miners who were retrenched from Anglo American subsidiary Capcoal in late November after more than 100 days of protected action revealed efficiencies that would save the company $40 million over three years, have been given their jobs back after the Federal Court deemed their termination unlawful.
