Yancoal moves on Warkworth

LESS than one month after it took management of Rio Tinto’s thermal coal business in the New South Wales Hunter Valley, Yancoal Australia has spent US$230 ($A292) million to buy Mitsubishi Developments 28.9% stake in the Warkworth joint venture.
