Altech will build the HPA plant here

The plans used results from a recent site geotechnical survey, and feedback from engineering, procurement and construction contractor SMS Group, local authorities and Malaysian permitting consultant WKL and Associates.
According to the plans, the HPA plant will have three production buildings; a kaolin beneficiation building, a leach and neutralisation building and a HPA production and a hydrochloric acid recycle plant.
