Lynas to build Texas plant

LYNAS Corporation has secured a contract with the US Department of Defense to build a $42.3 million heavy rare earth separation plant near San Antonio, Texas with specialist chemical procurement company Blueline, which is expected to curb China’s dominance of the rare earths market.
