NZ court orders Bathurst to pay US$40M

BATHURST Resources has received an unfavourable judgment from the High Court of New Zealand in civil proceedings brought against it by L&M Coal Holdings, with the court ordering the company to pay LMCH US$40 ($A54.8) million.
