Rocky Hill decision a free kick for US, Canada, Russia

THE beneficiaries from last week’s New South Wales Land Court decision that rejected the Rocky Hill metallurgical coal project application will be producers with spare production capacity including those in the US, Canada, Russia and Mongolia, according to Coal Council of Australia CEO Greg Evans.
