AusPac to front conciliation hearing on Dartbrook application

AUSTRALIAN Pacific Coal is due to present changes to its application to develop the Dartbrook underground coal mine in New South Wales in an appeal hearing next Monday to vary the state government approval conditions for the project.

Its appeal is listed for a conciliation conference under s34 of the Land and Environment Court 1979 on July 6.
