THE bankable feasibility study for Stanmore Coal’s proposed Isaac Downs’ project in Queensland confirms the mine can maintain run-of-mine production levels of 3.5 million tonne per annum, which is the nameplate capacity at the nearby Isaac Plains coal handling and preparation plan.
