Macmahon AMNT deal closer

BINDING documentation has been signed setting Macmahon Holdings on the path towards a potential US$2.9 billion deal to be the life of mine services contractor for Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara’s Batu Hijau copper-gold mine in Indonesia.
