RAMELIUS Resources has received the green light from Western Australia’s Environmental Protection Authority to build an open pit to extend the life of its Edna May gold project in the state’s Wheatbelt.

Under Ramelius' Greenfinch expansion proposal the pit will be built to the west of existing operations.
