Maralla sand makes the grade

THE Maralla Road silica sand deposit in Bullsbrook, Western Australia has about 10.7 million tonnes of 99.8% grade silica, which confirms to joint venture hopefuls Bauxite Resources and Urban Resources there is enough good sand at the deposit to support their planned sand export operations.
