Rio Tinto, Baowu in $2B iron ore deal

RIO Tinto has teamed with long-term partner Baowu Steel to develop the $2 billion, 25 million tonne per annum Western Range iron ore project in Western Australia’s Pilbara as part of a 54:46 joint venture.
