Abterra docked for Broula brouhaha

FAILED Singaporean magnetite miner Abterra Australia has been ordered to pay an $180,000 fine and court costs of $12,783.06 in a Sydney court after falling foul of New South Wale’s Mining Act by failing to pay $1.8 million in rehabilitation security deposits.
