No appeal for Kimberley miner

MINING company Kimberley Granite Holdings has withdrawn its appeal to the State Administrative Tribunal over the Western Australian government’s decision to refuse an application to destroy an Aboriginal heritage site and pledged to comply with the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage investigation.
