Lynas fears unfounded, Malayan High Court finds

THE High Court of Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur has thrown out the latest court challenge by activists opposed to Lynas’ rare earths Malaysian advanced materials plant in Kuantan and ordered them to pay Lynas’ costs.
