The four 100%-owned strategic tenements are on exclusive possession Native Title lands owned by the Ngaanyatjarra and Nangaanya-Ku people.

Under the terms of a signed agreement Trigg is welcome to use the tenements to expand its footprint at Lake Throssell, with the TOs' blessing.

With granted tenure increased to about 70km Trigg has an opportunity to further add to the existing mineral resource of 14.4 million tonnes at 10.4 kilogram per cubic metre drainable SoP and build more off-lake infrastructure.

Trigg Mining managing director and CEO Keren Paterson said the TOs and their advisers had been very welcoming.

"We have built strong and direct relationships that underpin the important agreements that have allowed for our tenure to be granted," he said.

"Trigg is privileged to be operating on exclusive possession Native Title lands with a rich history of productive use and land management spanning tens of thousands of years."

Paterson said he was particularly pleased to see the TOs support their vision to be a mining company of the future.

"The Lake Throssell scoping study indicated the potential for it to be a top10 global producer with an initial 21-year mine life," he said.

"The grant of this additional tenure increases the potential to expand the project and/or extend the mine life with further exploration."
