South32 to pay $2.9M for Dendrobium taking surface water

SOUTH32 subsidiary Illawarra Coal will give almost $2.9 million to a community project under an enforceable undertaking with the Natural Resources Access Regulator after the company allegedly took surface water without a licence at its Dendrobium underground coal mine.
