Qld regulator looks deeper into 2016 Jacks Quarry fatality

WITH single vehicle accidents prevalent in Queensland’s mines and quarries, Resources Safety and Health Queensland has released another report into the death of Adam Malone at Jacks Quarry near the town of Collinsville on July 29 2018, to share what could be done to prevent similar incidents occurring.
