Silver Lake fined $30,000 over Daisy Milano incident

GOLD miner Silver Lake Resources has been fined $30,000 after a worker drove his loader into an exclusion at its Daisy Milano underground mine, about 50km southeast of Kalgoorlie, Western Australia.
