WHEN it was created in 2015 a key aim for Lustrum Minerals was to develop the Consuelo project, adjacent to Glencore’s Rolleston coal mine. Now Canadian and Namibian metals projects have become the target.

Lustrum's Conseulo was considered geologically similar to Rolleston.

Lustrum told the Australian Securities Exchange it had entered into a binding term sheet to by 80% of Larchmont Investments.

Larchmont holds several high grade copper claims in Canada.
