STANMORE Coal’s Isaac Plains East mine in Queensland has delivered significant improvements in total overburden removal with a 56% increase in dragline system prime performance from 9.862 million bank cubic metres to 15.421Mbcm.

The BE1370 dragline - owned by Stanmore and operated by mining contractor, Golding Contractors - moved 16.843Mbcm in 2019, a 19% increase from 14.149Mbcm in 2018.
