AUSTRALIAN miners have had a huge say in the latest Sandvik loader with the LH517i being built taking into account 240 suggestions collected in customer forums held in Australia through 2015.

Australian miners have had a fair say into the Sandvik LH517i.

The 17t loader is a matching pair with the Sandvik TH551i truck.

It comes with easy product health monitoring and faster troubleshooting thanks to the Sandvik Intelligent Control System and My Sandvik Digital Services Knowledge Box. Both pieces of hardware come standard.

Tele-remote and automation has been taken into account too. The loader can be retrofitted with Sandvik's autonomous mining system Automine in just a few days.

To improve operator comfort and productivity improvements have been made to the cabin to make it more spacious and ergonomic with better visibility.
