RCT automates Rampura Agucha ride

AUTONOMOUS systems developer Remote Control Technology has been awarded a package of works to install its ControlMaster guidance technology onto two Cat underground loaders at Hindustan Zinc’s Rampura Agucha mine in India’s Rajasthan province for miner Barminco.

The two Cat R2900 loaders will work autonomously in open stopes at Rampura Agucha, with installation to include two underground ControlMaster automation centres and four ControlMaster area access cabinets....
