Thiess clinches five-year Peak Downs extension

BHP Mitsubishi Alliance has extended Thiess’ mining services contract at the Peak Downs open cut coal mine in Queensland for another five years.

Under the new contract Thiess will continue to operate and maintain mining equipment to move overburden at the mine.
