Thiess clinches $450M QCoal contraction extension

QCOAL has awarded Thiess a $450 million contract to continue operations at its Northern Hub, which comprises the Sonoma, Cows, Drake and Jax mines in Queensland.

 Thiess will continue providing full mining services including statutory control of the site and all mining activities as part of the QCoal contract extension.
