Yallourn cracking prompts Vic govt to declare state of emergency

THE Victorian government’s declaration of a state of emergency over additional cracking at the Morwell River Diversion wall alongside the Yallourn coal mine has given its owner EnergyAustralia further options to deal with the problem.
