Minns must keep the lights on

NEW South Wales premier Chris Minns should be begging Origin Energy to extend the life of its Eraring coal-fired power station unless he wants his first term in government to be marred by power blackouts and the social chaos that would ensue.

NSW households will be having late dinners and kids will be unable to complete their homework if Minns doesn't act on extending Eraring's life beyond 2025.
