With the second Energise program successfully concluded, KPMG will next look at an Energise offshoot focusing specifically on the mining, equipment, technology and services sector.

KPMG WA chairman Gary Smith said Energise showed Australia had a depth of innovation that could transform some of its most vital national industries through collaborations with start-ups that provide a rich source of ideas and capability.

“We’re delighted to be recognising not just three Energise award winners but all 12 of the fantastic start-up teams who are bringing new ideas and technology to the energy, mining and natural resources sectors,” he said.

“It has been a journey of discovery for both the start-ups and our corporate participants, who have truly engaged with the program.”
