Ark gets caught in the rain

DESPITE being granted a three-month extension in February to get its Union Extended mining management plan in to the Northern Territory’s Department of Primary Industries and Resources, Sydney-based gold contender Ark Mines still cannot get to the site to perform the critical studies needed to complete the plan, due to the heavy rain.

Ark extended the UE option in February because the plan was not ready but now, a month into the extension, it still cannot get its consultants to the site to finalise the MMP and start on the establishment...
