Silence may be golden but no shame in talking about mental health

THE Gold Industry Group is taking not-for-profit group LIVIN on a national tour to member offices, mine sites, schools and the wider community across Australia to encourage gold industry workers and their family and friends to speak up and seek help if mental health challenges are overwhelming them.

As part of the tour LIVINWell workshops will be delivered by facilitators with experience and mental health training to give participants basic tools they can use to access help for themselves and others....
