“BlueScope Steel has one of the most impressive distribution networks in our region,” Victaulic Australia regional manager Gennaro Sposato said.

“Its vast footprint of warehousing and branches is matched with a solid, well-established distribution logistics system which means our customers will have fast and reliable access to Victaulic products.”

Victaulic is expected to unveil its Style 177 coupling in the December quarter.

The company expects the new product to revolutionise pipe joining methods in the mining sector.

In December, Victaulic repurchased its Australian trademark from OneSteel and has since been working on a strategy to expand its share of the mining and commercial building piping systems market.
