Quinn assumes management responsibility for income tax compliance, planning, accounting and audit functions. Quinn is a certified public accountant and licensed attorney with nearly 25 years of broad corporate tax experience. Previously, he was Director of Tax at Solutia Inc., formerly Monsanto Company's chemical business. He has more than 20 years of management and tax counsel experience at Monsanto and affiliate companies.

Morrow will be responsible for supporting the company's investor communications programs, including investor outreach initiatives, in addition to long-term strategic capital planning and major project financings.

She previously was Senior Manager of Investor Relations and Treasury and joined Peabody in 2001. She has had roles with increasing responsibility in the generation development, investor relations and treasury groups.
