Jameson reports Norwest Corporation reviewed the coal quality results and believed the Crown Mountain product would compare favourably with the best hard coking coals in Canada.

Norwest updated the project’s resource model by incorporating results from the 2013 drilling program.

Measured and indicated resources increased by 8.6 million tonnes to 74.9Mt.

The amount of inferred resource remains at 23.7Mt because the Southern Extension was not explored in 2013.

The prefeasibility study is underway.

The re-estimation of the Crown Mountain resource tonnage, along with coal quality results indicating hard coking coal, will be followed over the next few months by completion of the PFS and a new technical report, now in progress.

Norwest Corporation believes the Crown Mountain product will compare favourably with the best hard coking coals in Canada.

Norwest has updated the geologic model with the results of the 2013 drilling program and re-estimated the Crown Mountain resource.
