Roberts has been selected after an extensive international search. He is an experienced mining engineer who has worked as a CEO and VP in mining technology for the last 17 years mainly in the US and Australia with Hexagon Mining, Komatsu Modular Mining Systems, and Groundprobe.
Prior to that period he served for 11 years as a mining engineer working in South Africa with JCI and with Rio Tinto in USA and Great Britain.
