Booth to step down as Malabar MD

Booth has elected to pursue other non-resource related business interests, the company’s chairman Wayne Seabrook said in a statement.

“He will relinquish his Board position as managing director at the same time,” he said.

“The Board thanks Graeme for his outstanding contribution to the development of the Spur Hill Underground Coking Coal Project.

“The Board is also pleased to advise that MBC has secured Graeme’s ongoing services as a consultant, retaining the value of his extensive knowledge and industry relationships related to MBC’s ongoing activities.”

Seabrook said an announcement of Booth’s replacement will be made in due course. In the short‐term, his responsibilities will be shared by MBC’s management team and directors.
